What Vibrational Parent are You?

As moms with teens it is not unusual to experience quite an amount of stress, worry and sometime fear. To make things worse, our world today is undergoing big changes and a lot of the messages that we are exposed to are ones of very  low vibrations which affect us without knowing.

This episode aims to help you identify the vibration set point that is associated with different areas of your life, as well as the ways in which the outside world can impact your vibration and affect your parenting.
